Michelle LucAttorney

Michelle Luc is an attorney at Stone & Sallus, LLP, where she focuses her practice on entity formation, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate litigation.

Prior to joining Stone & Sallus, LLP, Michelle worked at a national law firm and several boutique law firms, where she successfully represented employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators against California workers’ compensation claims. Michelle also has extensive experience handling subrogation, medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits, including complex high exposure PVS and traumatic airway cases.

She previously volunteered at the Legal Aid Foundation Los Angeles, Self-Help Legal Access Center, where she assisted low-income individuals with unlawful detainers, breach of contract actions, and temporary restraining orders. During law school, Michelle served as a certified Law Clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Central District), where she prosecuted misdemeanor trials under the supervision of an Assistant U.S. Attorney.

Michelle received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was the Senior Research Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. While attending Loyola Law School, she also studied international law at the Universidad Para La Paz in Costa Rica. Michelle has a B.A. in English (Creative Writing) and a B.A. in East Asian Languages and Culture (Chinese Studies) from the University of Southern California. She completed an intensive Mandarin language program at Peking University in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, as part of her undergraduate studies.

From 2018 to 2020, Michelle was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine. Michelle is duly licensed to practice law in the State of California.

When not advocating for her clients, Ms. Luc enjoys literature, theatre, and traveling.
